Place the subwoofer beside the TV stand or AV cabinet, or against the wall on the same side as the main speaker. For optimal performance, keep the subwoofer more than 15 cm away from the wall. Avoid placing it directly in a corner, as this may cause excessive or boomy bass.
Since low-frequency sound is generally less directional, the subwoofer can be positioned relatively flexibly. However, we recommend aligning it acoustically with the main speaker. If necessary, adjust the PHASE setting between 0° and 180° to ensure that the bass from the subwoofer and main speaker reinforces each other. You can also use the app to make more precise phase adjustments.
If the bass sounds weak, hollow, or produces an unwanted humming or boomy effect, try the following adjustments:

(1) adjust the low-pass crossover frequency between 30–180 Hz;

(2) switch the phase setting;

(3) fine-tune the subwoofer's placement.
