If your USB 10/ SUB 12 has no sound or occasionally stops producing sound, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the Input Signal Priority
When a higher-priority input signal is detected, lower-priority input signals will be automatically blocked. Please check whether multiple audio sources are connected at the same time, such as RCA and XLR. Disconnect any unnecessary input sources and check whether the sound is restored.

2. Check the Power Mode
In AUTO mode, the USB 10/ SUB 12 will automatically enter standby mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. It will wake up when an audio signal is detected or an operation is performed. Please use the Ultimea App to adjust the standby time or set the power mode to ON.

3. Reconnect the Wireless Dongle
If you experience intermittent no-sound issues when using a wireless connection, disconnect the wireless dongle from power for 30 seconds, then reconnect it. If the issue persists, press and hold the PAIR button on the wireless dongle for 8 seconds to clear the existing pairing information, then pair the devices again.

4. Check the Ultimea App Settings
Incorrect settings for Custom EQ, Phase, or Low Pass may cause no sound or unusually low volume. Please try restoring the device to factory settings (Press and hold the PHASE button for 8s) and then test it again.

If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, please contact customer service at support@ultimea.com.
