If your USB 10/ SUB 12 produces unusual noise, static, or continuous low-frequency vibration, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.Check the Speaker Level Connections
Loose connections at the Speaker Level input may cause crackling or unwanted noise. Please make sure the +/- polarities are correctly matched and that the terminals are fully tightened and securely connected.

2. Continuous Bass Vibration When Using a TV + Soundbar Setup
When the TV and soundbar are used together, the subwoofer may continue to output low-frequency vibrations if the content has been paused or muted for an extended period. Please turn off the soundbar output or switch the subwoofer to AUTO standby mode.

3. Hissing Noise at High Volume
A slight hissing or static noise may occur when playing audio through Auracast at high volume. We recommend keeping the volume below 80% or switching to a wired connection.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please contact customer service at support@ultimea.com.
