How to Resolve Signal Source Switching or Input Issues on SUB 10/ SUB 12?

If you experience unexpected behavior when switching between input sources or using different inputs on the SUB 10 / SUB 12, please refer to the situations below:

 

1.Auracast Does Not Exit When Switching Input Sources

When the SUB 10 / SUB 12 is in Auracast RX mode, switching to another input source should automatically exit Auracast mode. If Auracast does not exit as expected, double-press the PAIR button to manually exit Auracast mode.

 

2. Auracast Can Still Be Entered When a Higher-Priority Input Is Active

Even when a higher-priority input source is currently receiving a signal, you can still double-press the PAIR button to enter Auracast mode. This is normal behavior and is designed to ensure that the Auracast function remains available. If a new input signal is detected afterward, the SUB 10 / SUB 12 will automatically switch to the new input according to the input priority.

 

3. Sound May Still Be Audible Through the Line Level / Balanced Input When the Device Is Powered Off

When another device is powered off, a small amount of sound may still be audible through the Line Level or Balanced input. This is normal and is caused by the high-impedance signal-sensing characteristics of the input circuit. If you need to completely mute the output, please turn off the main device providing the input signal.
