How to Resolve SUB 10/ SUB 12 Knob and Indicator Light Issuesz?

If you experience issues with the knobs or indicator lights on the USB 10, please refer to the corresponding solution below.

1. GAIN / LOW PASS Indicator Is Difficult to See

The brightness of the GAIN and LOW PASS indicators is mapped across a 0–90% brightness range. At lower settings, especially levels 1–3, the difference in brightness may be difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. Please refer to the value displayed in the Ultimea App for a more accurate reading. Alternatively, use the slider in the App to adjust the setting precisely.

2. PHASE Button Does Not Respond Occasionally
If a short press of the PHASE button on the rear panel occasionally does not switch the setting, please press the button 2–3 times and check whether the PHASE setting changes.
