Why can't I power on the Soundbar via the App?

When the Soundbar is powered off or enters automatic standby mode, it cannot be turned on using the ULTIMEA App. This is a normal design behavior and is currently not technically supported.

To power on the Soundbar, please use one of the following methods:

• Tap the power button on the Soundbar’s control panel

• Press the power button on the remote control

📌 Note:
The App can be used to adjust sound modes, volume, input sources, and more only when the Soundbar is powered on. It does not support waking the device from standby or powered-off state at this time.

We are currently evaluating the possibility of adding remote wake-up functionality in future firmware updates. Thank you for your understanding and support!
