How to Adjust Auto Screen off & Auto Standby in the Ultimea App?🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

To comply with EU energy efficiency and environmental requirements, the soundbar is set by default to automatically enter standby mode after 15 minutes of inactivity, and the LED display will turn off automatically after 60 seconds.

1. How can I set the Auto Screen off [LED Display] time & Auto Standby on my device?

Users can customize the LED auto-off time & Auto Standby in the device settings through the Ultimea App. The available options are:

Never: The LED remains on at all times.

Once the screen has turned off automatically, you can wake the LED by pressing any button on the remote or tapping a function in the app once. The first press or tap wakes the display; a second press or tap then performs the intended function.

Auto Standby:
After you complete the setup, the soundbar will begin its countdown to automatic standby. 

15 minutes  、30 minutes、60 minutes、 4 hours 、8 hours 、12hours 、24 hours、 48 hours 

Never: The soundbar remains powered on at all times.

2. How to adjust the time using the Ultimea App?

Follow these steps to configure the function:

• Download and install the Ultimea App (available for iOS and Android devices).
• Connect the soundbar to the app, ensuring it is properly recognized.
• Open the Ultimea App and go to the "Device Settings" menu.
• Locate the "Screen Off Time" or Auto Standby option.
• Select your preferred time.
• Save the settings, and auto-standby or the LED indicator will turn off  according to the selected time.
  

3. What should I do if the function is not working?

If the setting does not take effect, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure that your device firmware and the Ultimea App are updated to the latest version.
• Disconnect and reconnect the device, or restore factory settings before reconfiguring the time.
