Yes, if a new firmware version is available for your soundbar, we will notify you through the app. Please check for update reminders.
Before upgrading, please make sure the Soundbar is powered on successfully and connect the Soundbar to the app.


Method 1. A pop-up window prompting an upgrade pop-up will appear > Click "Upgrade Now" > Jump to the OTA upgrade page

 

Method 2. Click the device details page prompt > jump to the OTA Upgrade page
 
Method 3. Click on the device details page > enter the "Settings" page > click on "Firmware Upgrade" > jump to the firmware upgrade page (can check the current firmware version of the device in the second step)



 

What if the firmware update fails or cannot be completed?
Please view the "Firmware Upgrade" section for important notes:

Is it normal if the upgrade gets stuck at 70%?

Yes, this is normal. Please do not power off or operate the device during the upgrade process, as some stages may take longer to complete.

The system will automatically verify and retransmit data internally if needed, so the total upgrade time may take up to 30–40 minutes.

Important note:

1. Ensure the surround speakers and subwoofer are properly connected. (If included them)
2. Make sure your phone has at least 30% battery life.
3. Bluetooth mode on your phone must be enabled.
4. Confirm that the soundbar is successfully connected to the app and is within 2 meters of the device.
5. Do not lock your phone screen during the update process.
6. Both your phone and soundbar must remain powered on. 
7. Don't to connect the HDMI cabel to TV during the upgrade.

If the connection is interrupted during the update and the upgrade fails:
1. Re-enable Bluetooth on your phone and reconnect the soundbar to the app.
2. Try restoring factory settings on the soundbar.
3. Turn off and restart the soundbar device.
