How to Register and Log in to the Ultimea App?🔥🔥

 

1. Please make sure you have downloaded the correct version of the ULTIMEA App from the official app store.

2. Open the app and select the “register" option.

 

3. In the registration screen, enter your real and correct email address in the email field. -some special email domain names are not supported

 

4. Click the “Send” button located next to the verification code box to receive a code by email.

 

5. Wait for the email containing your verification code—this should usually arrive within 1–2 minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

 

6. Copy and paste the code into the app, then set up your login password. Please ensure your password only contains letters and numbers (no special characters).

 

7. Once registration is complete, you can sign in with your email and password and begin connecting your soundbar to the app.

 

If it fails, please change your email address and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support@ultimea.com and provide your registered email address information.
