How to control the Prompt Sound volume of the Soundbar through the Ultimea App?

Turn Off the Prompt Sound Using the ULTIMEA App

The prompt tone refers to the Bluetooth prompt tone and the sound of the soundbar turning on and off (some soundbar models have it)

1. Open the app and connect your soundbar.

2. Go to Settings and select "Prompt Sound".

   

3. Set the Prompt Sound to "NONE".

   

Note:

• NONE = PT0
• LOW = PT1
• Medium = PT2
• High = PT3

Alternatively, you can also use your soundbar’s remote control to adjust these settings. Look for the "PROMPT TONE" option in the remote's menu and select.
