Poseidon M20 / M20 Pro Volume Level Issue?

If you are experiencing an issue where the change in loudness between adjacent volume levels (such as level 3 and level 4) is too large, the latest software version has optimized the volume level transitions to address this problem.

The current latest versions are:
Poseidon M20: Firmware V9
Poseidon M20 Pro: Firmware V18

Kindly share the SN code (located on the back of the soundbar) and your ULTIMEA ID with us via our official email at support@ultimea.com, and we will push software to you via the app in an attempt to resolve the issue.
