Is the Bass on the Poseidon M20 Pro Too Weak?

The Poseidon M20 Pro has a single built-in subwoofer, so its bass output is limited. If you feel the bass is insufficient, try the following steps:

1. Press the BASS+ button on the remote to enhance the bass.

2. Adjust the EQ settings via the Ultimea app.

3. The subwoofer is located at the bottom. Make sure it is not obstructed or touching uneven surfaces—place the soundbar on a smooth, flat surface.

4. Use the SUB OUT port to connect an external subwoofer:

   • The subwoofer must be powered (active).

   • Use an RCA cable for the connection.

   • Connect the soundbar’s SUB OUT port to the subwoofer’s LFE or RCA left/right (L/R) input.

5. Consider upgrading to another Ultimea soundbar model that comes with a dedicated subwoofer for stronger bass.
