How to Check the Poseidon M20 Pro Software Version?

You can check the firmware version in either of the following ways:

1. Using the Remote:

   • Within 30 seconds of powering on the soundbar, press and hold the OPT button on the remote for more than 5 seconds.

   • The soundbar will announce the firmware version via English voice prompt.

2. Using the Ultimea App:

   • Open the Ultimea App and go to Settings.

   • The firmware version will be displayed there.

   If there is new software available, we will notify you through the app that an upgrade is available.
