Issue Description
During use, the Skywave X40 exhibits thin-sounding mids and vocals, or slightly harsh highs.
Solution
Temporary Software Fix (V19 Customized Version)
A V19 test firmware has been developed to resolve this issue. However, since this is a testing version, there is a very small probability that other problems will occur.
If you would like to receive this fix urgently, please send the following information to support@ultimea.com:
A clear photo of the SN code located on the back of your main soundbar, or get the SN code in the App settings.
Your Ultimea ID, which can be found in the Ultimea App under Profile.
Once we receive your information, our support team will push the V19 firmware to your device through the Ultimea App as soon as possible.
