Skywave X40 Soundbar Volume Peaks to Maximum Within 5 Seconds After Power-On?πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Issue Description

When powering on the Skywave X40 soundbar, the device volume automatically rises to the peak level within about 5-7 seconds, resulting in excessively loud sound output.

 

Root Cause

This issue is caused by a software bug related to the subwoofer volume control logic.


Solution

Temporary Software Fix (V17 Customized Version)

A V17 test firmware has been developed to resolve this issue. However, since this is a testing version, there is a very small probability that other problems will occur.

If you would like to receive this fix urgently, please send the following information to support@ultimea.com:

  • clear photo of the SN code located on the back of your main soundbar, or get the SN code in the App settings.

  • Your Ultimea ID, which can be found in the Ultimea App under Profile.
     

Once we receive your information, our support team will push the V17 firmware to your device through the Ultimea App as soon as possible.
