Enable Xupmix Function:
Turn on the Xupmix feature to enhance the low-frequency response and provide a more balanced sound.
Adjust Bass Settings:
Use the Bass button on the remote control or adjust the bass manually via the App to set it between BS 4 to BS 6 for a better sound effect.
Play a bass-heavy track/song and feel the vibration from the subwoofer with your hand. If the vibration is strong, it indicates that the subwoofer is working properly. If it's weak, ask the customer to unplug and replug the subwoofer power cable, re-pair the device, and test again.
Adjust the placement of the subwoofer, positioning it closer to the listener. It can be placed next to the sofa.
Upgrade to Customized Software V17:
If the bass still isn’t sufficient, we can push the custom software V17 through the App, which is designed to further optimize the bass. (V17 is a Customized Version)
Since this is a testing version, there is a very small probability that other problems will occur.
