If you're experiencing issues with no sound from the subwoofer or surround speakers after turning on the soundbar, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Proper Connections:

    • Verify that the power connections are correct.

    • Make sure the surround speakers and subwoofer are successfully paired with the soundbar.

  2. If There’s No Sound After Powering On, Try the Following Solutions:

    β‘  Adjust the volume by pressing the Volume + or Volume - buttons on the remote to restore the sound of the subwoofer or surround speakers.

    β‘‘ Connect the soundbar to the Ultimea App, go to Settings, and make sure the sound prompt is set to Low, Medium, or Highβ€”do not set it to None.

    β‘’ If you would prefer a longer-term solution instead of using options β‘  and β‘‘:

    • There is a new customized software version (V18) currently under testing. It is not officially released or pushed out yet.

    • If you need an urgent fix, please contact support@ultimea.com, providing your issue details, model, and requirements, and your Ultimea ID in the App Profile and the Soundbar SN code at the center of the soundbar's bottom. We will publish the customized V18 software via the Ultimea App for installation.
