How to Fix Other Issues on the Skywave X40 (No Sound, Intermittent, Delay, etc.)?

  1. We recommend performing a power-off and restart of the device.

  2. If the issue persists after a power cycle, please perform a factory reset by either pressing and holding the remote control’s mute button for 5 seconds or selecting the factory reset option via the app.

  3. Should the above steps fail to resolve the problem, please update the device to the latest firmware version. Kindly provide your current firmware version along with the SN located on the bottom of the soundbar and contact our customer service. We will then remotely push the appropriate recovery software to determine whether it resolves the issue.

    It looks like I’ve set up the opt method correctly but there is no sound
