Check that the surround speaker adapter is properly connected and ensure the surround speaker indicator light is functioning normally.
-
Verify whether the surround speaker indicator light is steady. A steady light indicates a normal connection with the main unit. If the light is blinking, follow the steps below to re-pair:
a. Facing the main unit display, press and hold the “Surround Level” button on the remote for more than 5 seconds until the main unit displays “SUR” to enter pairing mode.
b. Press and hold the surround speaker button for more than 5 seconds until it enters fast-blinking pairing mode, then release.c. Once pairing is successful, the surround speaker indicator light will remain steady.
-
Power off and restart the unit, or perform a factory reset if necessary.
If you are connecting to a TV, please set the TV's audio output format to PCM and test if there is surround sound.
