- Check that the subwoofer power cable is properly connected and ensure the subwoofer indicator light is functioning normally.
- Confirm whether the subwoofer indicator light is steady. A steady light indicates a normal connection with the main unit. If the light is blinking, follow the steps below to re-pair:
a. Press and hold the subwoofer button for more than 5 seconds until it enters fast-blinking pairing mode, then release.
b. Facing the main unit display, press and hold the “Xupmix” button on the remote for more than 5 seconds until the main unit displays “SUB” to enter pairing mode.
c. Once pairing is successful, the subwoofer indicator light will remain steady. - Power off and restart, or perform a factory reset.
