Must read before upgrading:
① If the sound quality of the factory version meets your requirements, you don't need to upgrade the software version. (Switching versions multiple times may cause compatibility issues)
② Before upgrading this version, please make sure your factory software version is less than V143. (Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds) (Not suitable for V018/ V019 or T20/T019、V44 & V45 with App control new version )
③ Please ensure that the soundbar and the subwoofer remain connected before upgrading. Otherwise, the software versions will be inconsistent, and the subwoofer will have no sound or will not work.
④ If the device crashes and cannot be turned on after the upgrade, please contact customer service to send a "recovery file", please get in touch with support@ultimea.com.

② Added BASS level: adjusted from -2~2 to -6~6, a total of 13 levels
③ Added Surround level: adjusted from -2~2 to -3~3, a total of 7 levels
④ Soundbar volume adjustment changed from 0-40 to 0-100 levels
⑤Optimize EQ1/EQ2/EQ3 sound effects
Specific Method:
1. Copy the "update.zip" file to the USB flash drive.
Note:
① Use an empty USB flash drive, USB format: FAT32, 128GB or less capacity;
② The file doesn't need to be unzipped;
2. After the Soundbar is turned on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port, WAITING will be displayed, and then it will automatically upgrade and the progress will be displayed. Automatically standby after the upgrade is completed.
3. Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds. If the display shows "V139", it means the upgrade is successful.

Vero! Sarebbe il top! Io ho una configurazione particolare perché estraggo l'audio tramite un hdmi extractor dalla firestick 4k max Amazon e attraverso un toslink vado alla soundbar. Dopodiché sono collegato ad un videoproiettore. Forse certe tv di buona marca ti permettono l'equalizzazione anche sull'audio output, ottico o arc che sia. Sennò bisognerebbe collegare a monte della soundbar un equalizzatore 7 bande ma li ho visti solo analogici e non digitali.
I currently use v139 and I’m almost happy with it. Have to use eq2 (dialogue) even for movies. The Movie Mode eq1 ist very Noise and Muffeld in dialogues or normal spoken worlds
Unfortunately i get a cec error on the newer updates with my hisense tv. After switching off the tv, the soundbar will be turned off over cec also, what is correct, but then automatically turns on again shortly afterwards.. this does not happen on the original firmware v83, but on any of the newer ones.. hope this will be fixed soon, as the v139 has better sound quality... thanks
Identique pour moi, j'obtiens une erreur CEC sur les mises à jour les plus récentes de mon téléviseur Hisense. Après avoir éteint le téléviseur, la barre de son sera également éteinte via cec, ce qui est correct, mais se rallumera automatiquement peu de temps après. cela ne se produit pas sur le firmware d'origine v83, mais sur l'un des plus récents.. j'espère cela sera bientôt corrigé, car le v139 a une meilleure qualité sonore... merci

He probado todas las versiones y sin duda la V139 es la mejor de todas para Dolby Atmos.
Hay que tener en cuenta y que no cometan el mismo error mío al inicio es comprobar que realmente están escuchando Dolby Atmos porque al inicio pensé que era Atmos cuando realmente era Digital Plus.
No todo el contenido está en Dolby Atmos. Adicional, si es por Streaming, toca validar que el plan lo soporte y que el idioma lo soporte porque este fue otro error que cometí al inicio. Generalmente cuando en la plataforma de Streaming dice que hay audio Dolby Atmos no significa que todos los idiomas lo soporte, siempre es el idioma original. Y para saber si están escuchando Dolby Atmos o Dolby Digital Plus es simplemente cambiar la fuente de audio (suelo cambiar a AUX con el control remoto) y luego a ARC inmediatamente y en la pantalla de la barra saldrá un letrero que dice Dolby Atmos o Dolby Surround (este es Digital Plus).
El sonido Surround (Dolby Digital Plus) sin duda debe mejorar el volumen de los altavoces satélites ya que cuando hay soundtrack están muy altos y no se escucha el diálogo, pero esto se ajusta poco colocando el surround en - 2 o - 3.

You don’t have to open the zip file. Just copy it on the usb drive.

My D60 came with version V109, so how do I update to V139 if this is the note for the installation:
Is V019 just a typo and should be V109? Since there are no other firmware versions named V019 to download... this is a bit confusing.
You can just download the version you want and copy it on the drive. Then insert it on the usb port of the soundbar. It should say update and the there are numbers going to 100 . At the end you can check your software version.
A mi me viene con la versión 133 y desconozco que cambios trae o si mejora.
Dudo en actualizar o no a 139 y si puedo desde mi versión
Curro, la versión 133 le mejoraron los medios. La versión 133 el sonido es más "seco" y claro en los diálogos pero no tiene ese sonido envolvente que vos querrás en una película Atmos como un Avenger, Kong, etc. En cambio la versión 139 posee más bajo y el sonido envolvente es mucho mejor, solo que deben mejorar el sonido de los parlantes satélite (los dos que trae) ya que cuando hay música de fondo y están hablando, no se escucha bien, que ese es un punto que está presente en todas las versiones, pero eso lo puedes solucionar así. Si ves película con Atmos frontal, usa el bajo en 3 y el surround en 2. Te recomiendo el equalizador 3.
Si usas Atmos 360, trata de alejar mucho los speakers (no tan cerca a tus oídos) y usa un bajo en 4 y surround en 2 o 3. Y usa el equalizador 1. Si es una película que usa mucho diálogo, usa el surround en - 1 o - 2. La idea amigo es que juegues mucho con el surround ya que cada película es diferente y algunos tienen la música muy alta.
So which version and equalizer would you recommend for most of the movies?
The sound is subjective and varies depending on how you have the speakers positioned. I have the satellite speakers in front mode as described in the manual, approximately 1 meter from the soundbar (left and right), and my favorite equalizer is number 3.
Front mode: EQ 3, Bass 4 and Surround 3.
360 mode: EQ1, Bass 3 and Surround 2.
If the movie has a lot of dialogue with background music, I usually use surround - 1 or - 2.
I am getting quite frustrated at the moment and I know it will be my fault but....
I am downloading the update, I have now used 9 different USB sticks formatted as FAT32 and when I copy over the update and plug in to the D60 it reports no update found... I am current on the 81 software in one room but latest system that was delivered yesterday is on 142 out of the box...
What am I missing?
If you have left the file zipped and with it's original name ,then it's possibly because windows has formatted the usb drive as a Uefi startup drive.Windows 11 will do this.
Is the v142 already able to download here? Would try a new version. I’m current on 139
I bought my unit in June 2024 and had V130. From the website, this version is not listed. There only seems to be V109, V133 and V139.
My V130 was not spectacular and wanted to upgrade to V139 as suggested with correspondence with Ultimea team. Before I did the upgrade, I wanted to listen to the speakers to be able to compare sound with new version. While doing so, I checked the connection to surround speakers and unplugged and plugged back in. That seem to improve the sound of the back\surround speakers and created less distortion which in some way help the sound in general. Unplugging\plugging may help others too.
I then upgraded to V139 as per instructions and also checked version after install. All worked well and I now have more settings as expected. But most important, the sound is so much better and to my expectations based on reviews. V139 much better than V130 factory install. The Ultimea team was very responsive to my concerns and found solution with V139.
We need greater volume control for all speakers.
Centre - Dialogue channel (way too low) Needs independant volume control from L+R front speakers in bar.
Rears - Do not go low enough. They dominate the front speakers because they are closer to the listener. With update v139 I get zero sound on -3 & -2 is just too loud. I will keep trying to reinstall update in the hope it resolved this particular issue but I suspect I need a -5 setting.
Sub: Woolly at -1 & above
My D60 is easy on the eye, easy to install, love the minimal cable faff compared to my big rig. It's just sadly all let down by the volume control limitation.
From reading everyone else's comments, it is clear we all want the same solution: More increments down to zero & up to max volume. A lot of us find the dialogue unclear. When you can't hear Darth Vader breathing loudly or Princess Leia talking clearly in Star Wars, there's an obvious problem. I've tried different sound bar placements as there is an off vertical axis difference in sound but it doesn't cure the fundamental problem in that the dialogue channel is about 1 or 2 clicks too low compared to the L+R speakers in the bar.
Similarly, when listening to any music, the vocals are far too quiet compared to the music.
Separate control of the centre speaker is a must. Maybe a new remote is needed or a software solution that adds a dual function to the EQ buttons. Centre Volume + & Centre Volume -. When I say centre volume I am NOT talking about the L+R speakers in the bar. I'd be willing to buy a replacement remote if I had full control of the volume of the centre channel.
If you can sort out this issue in the software, you'll have yourself a winning product.

I purchased my D60 in June, and it came with the original software V130. I noticed that the sound volume for EQ2 and EQ3 was quite low compared to EQ1, so I upgraded to V139. The upgrade noticeably improved overall EQ2 and EQ3 performance compared to V130. However, I've encountered an issue where the dialogue volume in some movies is quite weak. I'm not sure if this is due to the movies having low dialogue volume or if the soundbar's firmware needs improvement. Any thoughts on this?

Thank you for this update, it appears to have installed correctly. Hopefully it will fix the voice issue,which has spoilt most films for me. That much that I was considering getting a different sound system. I will find out in the next couple of days.
