Note:

Before downloading, please confirm that the original factory version of your device is V81 or V83 before reinstalling V83.(Not suitable for V018/ V019 or T20/T019)
This is provided for customers who do not like the corresponding software after upgrading and want to restore the factory version.

Specific Method:

1. Copy the "update.zip" file to the USB flash drive.

Note:
① Use an empty USB flash drive, USB format: FAT32, 128GB or less capacity;
② The file doesn't need to unzip;

2. After the Soundbar is turned on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port, WAITING will be displayed, and then it will automatically upgrade and the progress will be displayed. Automatically standby after the upgrade is completed. 
3. Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds. If the display shows "V83", it means the upgrade is successful.

    Hola buenos días ..en caso de actualizar a la última versión de software si no cumple con lo esperado sería posible volver a la versión de fábrica

    Si vous n'aimez pas l'autre version améliorée après le test, vous pouvez revenir à la version d'usine.

    My speaker keeps saying "NO FILE" i've tried everything. I'm currently on version T019

    Hello jehn,
    T019 is already the latest version of your voice bully, V132 is not suitable for your device, so the upgrade is not successful.
    But please don't worry. We have sent you a solution via email, and we believe the problem will be resolved soon~

    Please note that the method to check the current firmware version of the device is as follows; right side of "surround" for 5 seconds. If the display shows "V??"

    We do not recommend switching to another version of the software if the current audio effect already meets your expectations.
