Note:
① If the sound quality of the factory version meets your requirements, we do not recommend upgrading the software version.
② Before upgrading this version, please make sure your factory software version is V81 or V83 or higher (Not suitable for V018/ V019 or T20/T019), if you are not sure, please contact support@ultimea.com.
③ For the V81 factory version, you must ensure that the main soundbar and the subwoofer remain connected before upgrading. Otherwise, the subwoofer may not be able to pair with the main soundbar after the upgrade because the software versions of the subwoofer and the main soundbar are different.

Follow up to comment under v131 thread after receiving pre-release v132 version... My first attempt to install v132 appeared to install correctly (USB detected, and progress ticked up to 100), but something was not right as the surround sound was strangely disabled regardless of what level I set it at. However, I downloaded the version and installed a second time, and everything is working great now. PS love the idea of an app to have visibility and control of the equalizer settings. Thanks much for the work on this.
Hi Scott Weaver,
Thank you for sharing.
It's an honor to see that this software works to your satisfaction.
If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime!💟
As for Scott, same happened to me. First install, ticket up to 100 but bass and surround no longer worked. (Update from version v83) But, after I installed a second time it then worked and I like the update! I do think it is a little annoying to switch between 13 bass settings, 7 as for the surround would probably do - but it's not too bad. I like the update to EQ3 as well, but for now am waiting for the app, as that would be the ultimate improvement and probably selling point for many potential buyers!
Hello Justus M..
Thank you for your feedback.
We're glad to see that the issue was resolved with the second update, and we'll keep an eye on it to see if it's still an issue.
Additionally, most customers have commented that the adjustable range of bass and surround is not enough, so we've added multiple levels to meet more customer needs.
If this bothers you, the V109 version will have a lower adjustment range. Would you be willing to try the installation?
The APP development is complicated and will take a longer time to realize.
At this stage, we can only try to meet everyone's audio preferences by customizing the software. We will try our best to do so.
After using it for a day, I actually like the 13 levels of bass - so I ill stay with this version for now. Only thing I would enjoy, would be to individually set the bass and surround for the EQ1/2/3 and for the mode to remember it. I enjoy a lot of Bass when watching movies in EQ1, but have no need for it when watching tv/shows in EQ2. So now, every time I watch a movie I have to increase Bass/surround, and when I watch a show decrease them again - if I could just set higher bass/surround to EQ1, and lower Bass/surround to EQ2, and for the EQ mode to remember my bass/surround setting.. That would be the only improvement I would enjoy, allthough I understand if there is some hardware restrictions. Thanks again, J.
We have the issues in movies that the dialogues are very quiet if there is soundtrack that ist been played trough the surround speakers. Any ideas how to fix this. Watched dune last night and alle we heard most of the time was the soundtrack out of the speakers. No explosions or so. Watched with Atmos enabled
Hello Justus M.
Your suggestion is very well. Thank you so much!
I am sorry to say that we are not able to implement this intelligent memorization feature at the moment.
Please believe that we will try to do it.
Hi,
I just updated to 133 going through all updates from 83 as I was looking for a bit more bass. V109 was great just what I needed however, dialog on youtube on version 109 eq1 seemed to have volumes up and downs randomly and sometimes struggling to hear. I moved to 132 and 133 now and the problem I had on 109 is resolved, I have more bass levels however all presets eq1 ,2 and 3 have muffled sound without much highs and mids like eq2 and 3 used to have on versions 83 and 109.
I find version 83 being best with eq1 but will need few more levels on surround and bass.
Is that something you will likely be implementing in the future?
Something like Version 133 wit eq1 from version 83 would be ideal.
Thank you!
Hello everyone,
We have released the new Poseidon D60 software, which is designed to improve the muffled sound problem of the V133 that most of our customers have previously mentioned.
If you are interested, please try to install the new software V139:
The upgrade method is the same as before
Thank you all, and we hope this software will be enjoyed by all as well.
Hello Ultimea and everyone!
After trying the V132 and V133 versions, I went back to the V109, as I then shared.
I tried yesterday and today exhaustively the V139... and I think it's the first time I'm not going back to the V109. I honestly like this version, the sound seems clear to me and without any problem.
The settings are personal and subjective, but the one that seems best to me for most sound experiences is with the EQ2, SR2 and BS4.
Fully satisfied with the system, thank you!
Hi all,
After trying all the versions few times now, I can confirm the new version V139 is by far the best one of them. EQ1, SR3 and BS4 work best for me. I would still like a bit more highs and mids for movies though.
I would keep the current EQ3 for music as it works great and add a bit more highs and mids to EQ1 for movies.
Thank you!
@Ultimea Unfortunately after testing V139, V109 is still superior. I don't notice much improvement over V133. Voices still aren't clear and there's way too much reverb/echo.
Testet now v139 yesterday evening with lord of the rings. Much better dialogue and enhanced. Bass is still to much sometime even at -4 but i think we won’t get around this
tryed all version, for now, for sub and rear speaker position on my room, the best is v133, 109 is louder on rear speakers, and 139 is not real clear.
I think all depends of sub and rear speaker position, if for me the best is using V133 firmware, and for other is use 109, or 139, the real solution would be the ability to set separately front speaker/back speakers volume, and setted them, moving up/down master volume, they respect the own volume ratio, or maybe you'll post other 1000 different firmwares for the future to satisfy all of us.
I updated the version to 139 looking for the best settings for movies, sports with atmos and music
After updating to version 1.39, the system doesn't work with Earc or optical.
Only Bluetooth works.
I'm trying to revert to the old version 1.33 but it's
But the file has been stuck at 83% for 10 minutes now.
Nothing to be done. I tried downgrading to version 83 and then installing either version 133 or 139. But HDMI still doesn't work.
What can I do to perform a complete reset?
Help me please.
I've just updated to the V139 software and it works very well for me....far better and so very different to the V109 that came in the box. Feels like a mature product now, especially with the excellent volume control. Great value for money.
Just a word of caution, buy a good brand name USB drive, the cheap ones on eBay are often garbage and these systems are sensitive.
One suggestion from me is a little more low down bass control, I'm at -4 and it's still quite loud....most of us have neighbours and these bass settings feel like they were designed in a lab. Other than that it's a brilliant update.
Solved.
I've downgrade firmware at version 109 and then 139.
After that, I performed a reset.
Now everything is working.
thx
After this update the volume is too low on TV channels and some streaming apps... I need to jump to 70 just to be able to listen dialogues. Netflix on the contrary is very loud. I don't know if this is soundbar related
Had the same issue with earc with 139 it kept saying hdmi off then back on, going to try 133 instead. I would wait until you get a newer version than 139 becomes available thats less buggy with earc
My system downgraded to 133 no issues see how this version goes, that was done using a sandisk 16gb usb stick if any help
I like the flexibility of the system to allow different versions
Hi there,
I recently upgraded to v133 from v109 and I'm very happy with the update for the most part. However, the 3 EQ settings no longer sound any different, I'm not sure they're actually working for me. Has anyone else had this issue?
Michael you habe to change from PCM to dolby on your tv
Yep, I changed the TV settings and got it back; before the update it was doing it through Auto. My EQ changes are back but I agree with other comments that 2 and 3 sound quite muffled compared to previous versions; I'll try v139 and see if it's an improvement
Hello there.
i am currently using upgrade v139.i have a problem that i can't get dolby atmos if i use the EARC settings on the d60.it only works on the ARC setting.
Hisense u8k.
I have upgraded to v139. Unfortunately I am still experiencing maffled sound (voice/dialogues). Background sound/music is fine but voice is low and if I increase volume, background sound/music increases but voices seems to be buried even more. EQ settings seems to be not doing much for this problem. Not enjoying this to be honest. I have other all in one 2.1 soundbar with Dolby Atmos from another company and it sounds perfect without messing around with firmwares.
Mustafa,if you havent seen it,theres a huge thread on the V132 software page. With lots of messages about this muffled dialogue. Its worth a read, but no real solutions. For me,the cause is the sub reacting to the lower pitch in voices and no real channel seperation on the bar due to its narrow width.Sadly my D60 is back in its box now and im back using my old bar.
I have also v139 and it works On my samsung Tv i can change Bitstream or PCM and in bitstream i can change (PCM,dolby digital , or dolby digital + ) that changes a lot in the sound . Description : While Bitstream Audio scores with efficient compression and support for multi-channel audio, PCM Audio offers higher audio quality and wider device compatibility. The choice between the two types of processing depends on the specific needs and preferences of the user.
at least seems that the best firmware is the original 083, sound clear, sub ok, rear speakers work fine.
returned to it, waiting for a good firmware....hoping....
