Note: 

① If the sound quality of the factory version meets your requirements, we do not recommend upgrading the software version

Before upgrading this version, please make sure your factory software version is V81 or V83 (Not suitable for V018/ V019 or T20/T019、V45), if you are not sure, please contact support@ultimea.com

Improvement points:

① Modify the bass volume adjustment to 5 levels: -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, with buttons on both sides, adding "-" and "+" controls
② Modify the surround volume adjustment to 4 levels: -2, -1, 0, 1, with buttons on both sides, adding "-" and "+" controls
③ Improve sound quality 
④ Add the volume memory

Specific Method:

1. Copy the "update.zip" file to the USB flash drive.

Note:
① Use an empty USB flash drive, USB format: FAT32, 128GB or less capacity;
The file doesn't need to unzip;

2. After the Soundbar is turned on, insert the USB flash drive into the USB port, WAITING will be displayed, and then it will automatically upgrade and the progress will be displayed. Automatically standby after the upgrade is completed. 
3. Press and hold the button on the right side of "surround" for 5 seconds. If the display shows "V109", it means the upgrade is successful.

    The sound quality is amazing and the product is working like it's supposed to work. They added the possibility to totally mute the suround and also to turn off the base. All similar products have this capability. Also, never, but never the suround speakers will be at the same sound level as the front speakers. This is a normal behavior. I also have a 1000$ Sony system and the suround speakers are not at the same level. Normal behavior. Also. The system should be connected on eARC not ARC.

    Hello, impossible to copy the file to a USB key formatted in FAT 32, an error message appears "insert the multi-volume set disk" I think the .zip file is incomplete. Am I the only one in this situation ? I have the rear speakers which crackle perfectly, I thought this could solve the problem. Excuse my English I use google translate, I am French

    Les crépitements sont généralement provoqués par la mauvaise qualité des câbles RCA fournis avec l'appareil. Le remplacement de ces câbles d'Amazon a résolu ce problème pour moi. Malheureusement, cette mise à jour du firmware ne résoudra pas ce problème.

    The crackling is usually caused by the poor quality RCA cables that come with the device. Replacing these cables from Amazon fixed this issue for me. Unfortunately this firmware update will not fix this issue.

    Ich finde das Update hat schon was gebracht bei der Tonqualität..Ich finde nur im Film Modus ist der Ton des Frontlautsprechers leise. Gerade wenn man den Nachbarn nicht so Ärgern möchte und die Soundbar etwas leiser stellt ( Lautstärke 6-7) ..Es wäre schön wenn man durch ein Update den Frontlautsprecher extra die Lautstärke anpassen könnte.

    Hello After updating to version -v109 i have lost surround sound and the surround buttons on the remote control no longer work to change this setting, i have factory reset and re-updated, but still this issue is present, do you have a fix?, or a original firmware download please?

    bass works, surround does not

    please assist, kind regards

    is this the latest version of the Firmware ( v109) , and are all improvements from the previous versions implemented in this firmware or is it necessary to update all versions successively ?

    V109 is the latest version which now covers the improvements of the previous software versions and adds sound quality improvements.
    We do not recommend switching to another version of the software if the current audio effect already meets your expectations.

    Guys, there are 2 versions of the hardware. One version uses the firmware posted here, the other version uses some other firmware.
    The device will reject the software but will not brick if the firmware does not match the hardware.
    Also, the update.zip is not actually a zip file. You are not supposed to extract it. Just put it on the a fat 32 formated USB stick and follow the instructions.

    i have the version T019. After inserting the USB it shows "No File". How to deal with this issue. Thanks i would like to upgrade it to revV019

    Benhafsa, you don't. This version is not for you. Is for the the other hardware version. You are on T some of us are on V

    It is normal for hardware manufacturer to have different versions, called revisions of the same product. I was on firmware v107, firmware that they build and send to me while I was on chat with them trying to install the T version. I had just installed the V109 and it works great. I don't know all the difference between V107 and V109, but not it seems to be a standby led :)
    Another thing, and this is addressed to Ultimea: please change the default volume after firmware install. It is set to 30. I woke up the entire house 😪

    Adrian Andrei Thanks. But normally these information should be given from the support to the customer. Improvement for the future. UPdates should be the same for the same product. Version doesn t matter. @Ultimea: If you upload the update for POseidon D60 bring two version the T and V version please.

    @Benhafsa, updates should not necessarily be the same. One hardware revision might support more futures than the other in some cases, therefore this is one of the reason the updates are not necessarily the same. As well, one chip manufacturer might have a different update procedure, different file and process. While the main function of the unit might be the same from one hardware revision to another, I don't believe that the manufacturer should reinvent and market a new product just because one chip changes inside. And by the way, all the manufacturer's are doing this. For instance you can get a 150000 euro car without wireless android auto and a month later the same car comes with wireless android auto just because they change a chip inside. It is not sold like a different car model. And examples could continue.

    Please check out the Number ④ point of improvement on the V109 of the article, remember that if you set the volume below 36 before you switch it off, such as 20 or less, it will have a memory function when you switch it on;
    If it's over 36, it defaults to a volume of 30 when you switch it on. so you'll feel loud, especially at night.
