If a system malfunction or setting error is causing the problem, please try this solution.
Please try the following steps:
- Go to the settings screen and select “Factory Reset” mode, click the remote “YES” button to enter
- If you want to restore the factory settings then select the “Reset“ option, if you don't want to, select the “NO” option.
