1.1 HDMI Defect
1. Confirm that the connection cable is connected properly, if not, please reconnect it.
2. If Step 1 does not work, please replace the HDMI cable to try. If there is an output signal after replacement, please replace the HDMI cable.
3. If the above steps don't work, there may be a problem with the machine port or the motherboard, and the machine needs to be replaced.
1.2 AV Defect
1. Confirm that the connection cable is connected properly, if not, please reconnect it.
2. If Step 1 does not work, please replace the AV cable to try. If there is an output signal after replacement, please replace the AV cable.
3. If the above steps don't work, there may be a problem with the machine port or the motherboard, and the machine needs to be replaced.
1.3 No Power
1. Confirm that the power cord is connected properly: check that the power outlet has power and that the power cord is plugged properly.
2. If not resolved, suggest changing to another power outlet to confirm if it works.
3. If not solved, there may be a problem with the machine port and the machine needs to be replaced.
1.4 Playback delay problems
Turn off the video and turn it back on again when experiencing playback delays (sound and picture out of sync.
The following are descriptions of each connection method for reading video data:
1. HDMI channel, the data has to be read between devices, so it takes a few seconds (at least 3-4 seconds).
2. AV channel, where there is little delay under normal circumstances.
3. U-disk, U-disk takes different times to play video depending on the size, format, and decoding ability of the video. (For example, a few tens of megabytes of MP4 video can be played very quickly, about one second; a video with a capacity of more than ten G may take a minute to load.
1.5 If it supports mobile phone wired co-screening
1. currently supports wired co-screening for Apple phones.
2. wired co-screening for Android phones is not supported.
1.6 The projector freezes when the screen is mirrored, and this will happen when the phone is switched to a widescreen
1. Most likely caused by compatibility problems with the phone.
2. May be caused by poor WiFi signal causing lag.
3. You can press and hold the OK button to reset the projector and reboot the phone.
4. Unplug the projector's power cord to force it to shut down
1.7 Menu WiFi won't open
1. reboot and then project.
2. after rebooting the menu, it is recommended to restore the factory settings.
3. the above operation problems are not solved, WiFi module hardware problems.
1.8 WiFi disconnection
1. check if Miracast is entered, WiFi will be disconnected after entering Miracast and will automatically connect to the network after exiting.
2. check if the router is working.
3. restart the projection.
1.9 Unable to Mirror Screen
1. confirm that the phone and the projector are not connected to the same WiFi.
2. if it cannot be resolved, the same screen module is faulty and the machine needs to be replaced.
2.0 Image Stuck
1. it is recommended that when customers use the projector with the same screen, the mobile phone should not be too far away from the projection (3-5 metres is better).
2. if it is connected to a router and there are more terminal devices connected to the router will also cause lagging.
3. If the customer's router is dual-band, it is recommended that the customer connects to 5G for use.
2.1 Connected with external devices
It supports PS3, PS4, PSR.
Note: PS3, 4 will have no sound if Dolby audio is forced, you need to set PS3, PS4 sound to AUTO, or PCM output, do not force to set the Dolby AC3 audio output.
2.2 If power station can power projector
It can be charged by power station, but it needs to confirm that the power station has a two-plug connection (110V-240V). The exact endurance depends on the capacity of the energy storage power supply to determine.
