1.1 No Sound when playing

  1. Please replace other audio sources to check whether there is sound, if so, it may be that the source audio format does not support it.
  2. If it doesn't work, please change to another connection to check if there is sound, if so, there may be a problem with the connection cable, please replace it with another connection cable. If there is still no sound after replacing the connection cable, it may be a projector interface problem and needs to be replaced.
  3. When connecting the computer to the projector via HDMI cable, the computer may disable the display audio, resulting in no sound output from the projector, you can re-open Settings --- Management --- Output Devices --- Display Audio
  4. If it doesn't work, there may be a problem with the projector speaker or audio module, you need to replace it.
  5. U0320 USB supports audio and video format, please look at the document 

1.2 The Sound is low when playing

  1. 1. is there was connected an external device? Is the volume of the external device turned up?
    Check if the volume of the projector or input device is muted, make sure the volume is greater than 50 or more.
  2. If it does not work, please replace another video or audio source with a higher volume and test again.
  3.  If it does not work, please replace the other connection, if the sound has improved, there may be a problem with the input device.
  4. If it does not work, there may be a problem with the audio module or speaker
