This guide helps distinguish between the included cable and the SUB OUT connector, and provides instructions on how to properly connect an active subwoofer.

I. 3.5mm-RCA cable included with the package.

The package includes a 3.5mm to dual RCA audio cable for connecting the 3.5mm output (computer/TV headphone jack/mobile phone, etc.) to the BS3 RCA input.

Please note that the accessories include only the 3.5mm-to-RCA cable, this cable cannot be connected to the SUB OUT port on the back of the BS3. The RCA-to-RCA cable must be purchased separately.

II. How to connect an active subwoofer to the SUB OUT interface

The BS3's SUB OUT is a single RCA subwoofer output interface, using an RCA lotus plug with a diameter of 3.175mm (1/8 inch) . You need to purchase the appropriate cable according to the active subwoofer interface.

Option 1: Subwoofer with LFE IN / SUB IN (Recommended)
Required purchase: Single RCA male-to-male subwoofer cable

Connection: BS3 SUB OUT → Single RCA male to male cable → LFE IN / SUB IN
Option 2: Subwoofer with only LINE IN L/R
If the instruction manual supports connecting only the L end, a single RCA cable can be used; if simultaneous input from both sides is required, please purchase a 1 RCA to 2 RCA Y-type splitter.

Subwoofer interface Purchase of cables
LFE IN / SUB IN (Single RCA) Single RCA male-to-male subwoofer cable
LINE IN L/R (Dual RCA) 1 RCA to 2 RCA Y-type splitter (or use a single RCA according to the instruction manual)

III. Precautions

• The included 3.5mm-RCA cable is for audio input only and should not be connected to the SUB OUT.
• If you are unsure of the interface type, please take a photo of the subwoofer's rear interface or provide the brand and model number, and we will assist you in confirming it.
