Solution:

Under normal circumstances, the surround sound system should automatically pair with the soundbar once powered on.
If your surround speakers does not automatically pair after connecting the power, please try the following steps:

Manual Pairing:
Please attempt to manually pair your surround system. [How to Pair Surround Speakers to the Skywave X100 Dual Soundbar?]

Alternatively, you can try disconnecting the power multiple times and reconnecting it to see if automatic pairing can be restored.

If manual pairing does not work or Or intermittent automatic disconnection (surround light is flashing),please follow these steps:

  • Restore factory settings.[How to Reset the Skywave X100 Dual to Factory Settings?]

  • Unplug both the surround system and the soundbar power adapters, wait for about 5 minutes, then reconnect the power.

  • Ensure there are no wireless interference devices (e.g., routers) between the surround speakers and the soundbar, and keep the devices within 1 meter of each other during the pairing process.

If the issue still persists after following the steps above, please rest assured that our technical team is working on a new firmware update expected to be released by July 3, which will improve wireless connection stability.

Once the update is available, please provide your SN code to our support team so we can push the new firmware to your device for installation.

If, after following the above steps, the system still fails to pair or retain the pairing, the device may be faulty. Please contact our customer support team via email at support@ultimea.com, and we will assist you further.
