Five-Level Troubleshooting Procedure
1. Basic operation check
Try switching input sources or adjusting the volume to verify whether normal operation can be restored.
2. Device restart
Power off both the soundbar and the subwoofer, then restart the system.
3. Factory reset
Press and hold the "DEVICE RESET" or "MUTE" button on the remote control for 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
4. Complete power cycle
Disconnect all power cables from the devices, wait for 3–5 minutes, and then reconnect and power them on again.
5. Firmware update & customer support
Ensure the system is updated to the latest firmware version. If the issue persists, please contact customer support and provide the firmware version along with the device SN code for further assistance.
