Recommend connection: ARC/eARC>OPT>BT
HDMI ARC/eARC Connection:
1. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the eARC/ARC port on the back of your TV.
2. Connect the other end to the eARC port on the soundbar.3. Press the "Source" button on the soundbar or remote control to select the "eARC" input.
4. If you are watching content in Dolby Atmos format, set the audio output on your TV to PassThrough.
TV Settings > Home >Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > PassThrough
Note:
①Make sure your TV HDMI port supports eARC; othertwise, the Dolby Atmos audio signal cannot be transmitted.
②Enable the "CEC" function on your TV. When eARC or ARC is connected,
your TV remote can control both the soundbar and "TV simultaneously:
(1) Power On/Standby
(2) Adjust Volume
③If there is no sound, please replug the HDMI cable, or try using a better quality HDMI 2.1 cable.
Optical Connection:
1. Make sure the TV's port is OPTICAL OUT/DIGITAL AUDIO OUT. Connect both ends of the optical cable to the OPTICAL ports on the TV and the soundbar.
Make sure the optical plug is inserted correctly as shown in the picture. Do not insert it upside down, as this may damage the optical port.
2. Press the "Source" button on the soundbar or remote control to select the "OPTICAL" input.
3. Please set the TV: TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Outpbut > PCM
Note:
①If audio is playing from the TV's internal speakers, mute the TV or turn the
volume down to the minimum.
②The optical connection does not support Dolby Atmos. It only supports Dolby Digital Plus (7.1). For
the best Dolby Atmos experience, use HDMI IN or HDMI eARC.
③If there is no sound, please verify that the optical cable is securely connected. Insert one end of the optical cable into a powered-on TV, then check the other end of the cable for a red light. If no red light is visible, the cable is defective and needs to be replaced.
④HDMI CEC: Optical connections do not support the CEC function; it is available only via the HDMI connection.
Bluetooth connection:
1. Press the "Bluetooth" button on the remote control or device to enter Bluetooth® pairing mode.
The soundbar would display BT, a blinking state indicates that the device is waiting to pair.
2. Open the Bluetooth® settings on your phone and select "Skywave X100 Dual" from the available devices list. The BT indicator will stay solid once the connection is successfully established.
Note:
①To switch to a different Bluetooth device while currently paired, please press and hold Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and then manually choose to connect to a new device on your phone / PC/ TV
②Bluetooth version higher than 4.0; otherwise, the Bluetooth signal may not be found.
③To ensure connection stability and compatibility, I recommend connecting your phone via Bluetooth instead of your TV.
④The distance between Bluetooth devices should ideally be within 5m of each other
⑤If there is no connection or Bluetooth lag problem, turn off and re-open the Bluetooth device, if still can not solve the problem, please restore the factory settings
