How to Fix No Sound Issues on the Bookself Speaker?

Ⅰ. If there is no sound after inserting a USB drive, please check the following:

1. Verify whether the USB drive format is supported.
   • Only the FAT32 format is supported. NTFS and exFAT formats are not supported.
2. Check whether the USB drive contains audio files and confirm that the file format is supported.
   • Only MP3 and FLAC audio formats are supported. Other audio formats are not supported.

Ⅱ. When the Bookshelf Speaker is connected to the TV through HDMI ARC, there may occasionally be no sound after the TV is turned off and restarted, while the speaker powers on together with the TV. 

First, please confirm whether your TV's audio output is set to PCM.

If the settings are correct but the device is still silent when powered on, please check the following:

1. Switch the input source (Source) on the speaker.
2. Restart the Bookshelf Speaker.
3. Press and hold the "Mute" button to restore factory settings, then test again to see if the sound has been restored.
