How to Fix Other Poseidon E100 Issues (UI Lag or System Instability)

Occasional system glitches or interface lag may be caused by software instability and can often be resolved through a firmware upgrade.

Software Upgrade Instructions:

  • Ensure the USB drive is formatted to FAT32
  • Confirm the projector recognizes the USB drive when powered on
  • Before upgrading, remove unnecessary files (especially those with extensions such as .img, .pkg, or .bin) from the USB drive
  • Download the upgrade file from the link below and save it to the root directory of the USB drive:
     https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gWuznJkoBZ8UYRWlwj1QlYp4k_s6XYDI/view?usp=sharing
  • Insert the USB drive into the projector’s USB port
  • Connect the power cable. When the upgrade progress bar appears, the update will start automatically
  • Wait a few minutes until the update is completed and the projector restarts
