Check the remote control’s LED indicator status:
Red blinking: Bluetooth is not paired yet
Green blinking: Bluetooth is successfully paired
If the LED is green but the remote still does not work:
This may be caused by a system malfunction causing the remote to lose control
We recommend connecting an external keyboard or mouse, entering the settings menu, and performing a factory reset
After restarting, re-pair the remote with the device
If the LED is red (not paired):
This may also be caused by a system malfunction
Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the remote for about 5 seconds until the LED blinks green, then release
Power off the projector by unplugging the power adapter, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in and power on
The remote should automatically pair with the projector upon startup
Other possible causes:
Low battery: Please replace with new batteries to ensure stable power supply
System glitch or lost Bluetooth pairing info: If there has been a system update or power outage, re-pairing is recommended
Remote damage: If buttons are unresponsive and no LED lights up, the remote may be faulty; consider replacing it for testing
