1. If th soundbar displays no indicator lights after connecting the power adapter


Solution:
a. Please verify that the power adapter is connected correctly.
b. If you have specialized testing tools at home to check the power adapter, or if you have a universal power adapter available, use them to test whether the main soundbar functions normally.
c. Switch to a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the original outlet.

 

2. If the soundbar's LED screen displays "-" or "----", and the unit cannot be powered on using either the remote control or the physical power button on the device


Solution:
a. Ensure that the soundbar is completely disconnected from all external devices and power sources. Unplug all input cables (HDMI ARC, Optical, etc.), and verify that the soundbar's power adapter has been unplugged.
b. Simultaneously unplug the subwoofer's power cord.
c. Leave all devices completely powered off for at least 4 hours.
d. After 4 hours, connect only one input cable (HDMI ARC or Optical) to the soundbar.
e. Finally, reconnect the soundbar's power supply and attempt to power it on. Once you have confirmed that the soundbar is functioning normally, you may then reconnect the subwoofer's power cord.
