How to fix the issue of the Poseidon M30 subwoofer not working?

If the subwoofer's indicator light is on and pairing was successful, but there is no bass output:
Solution:
Step 1: Disconnect the power adapters from the soundbar, subwoofer, and surround speakers; wait 10 minutes, then reconnect them.


Step 2: After powering the devices back on, re-pair them; manual pairing is recommended.How to Pair the Subwoofer with the Poseidon M30 Soundbar?


Step 3: Press the "Bass +" button on the remote control to increase the bass volume level to +3 or higher. Play audio content that contains bass frequencies (e.g., music or videos with strong low-frequency sounds).


Step 4: Gently touch the subwoofer to check for vibrations. 
If you feel vibrations, the subwoofer is functioning correctly.
If you do not feel any vibrations, the subwoofer may be defective and requires further inspection or replacement service. We recommend recording a short video for us to analyze and confirm the issue.

 

If the subwoofer's indicator light is not on:
Solution: 

Step 1: Ensure that the subwoofer's power connection is secure, and try plugging it into a different power outlet. 

Step 2:  Try testing the unit with a different, universal power cord compatible with the subwoofer. If the indicator light still does not turn on, the subwoofer unit is likely defective and unable to power on; in this case, please proceed with the replacement service. We recommend recording a short video for us to analyze and confirm the issue.
