It is recommended to prioritize using a mobile phone to connect via Bluetooth for playback.
Keep the Bluetooth connection distance within 5 meters.
If Bluetooth lag occurs, try powering off and restarting the device, then re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
If a power cycle does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (press and hold the remote control’s Device reset button for 5 seconds, or restore factory settings via the app).
If the above steps are ineffective, update the device to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN(in OPT mode, hold down the OPT key for 5 seconds to view the version number), and contact our customer service for a software push.
