Poseidon M40 App Customize Mode / EQ Not Responding

If switching customize modes in the app has no effect, or adjusting the custom EQ (High/Mid/Low from -6 dB to +6 dB) does not change the sound, this may be an app-related bug. Please upgrade to the latest firmware, as this issue has been fixed in version V10 and above.
