If you encounter the following issues, you may try updating to the latest firmware to resolve them:

  1. The prompt tone is set to PT1 via the remote control or Low via the app, but the prompt sound still feels too loud.

  2. The EQ is set to Night mode (default volume is 20), but Night mode does not take effect or the volume still feels too loud.

  3. Other abnormal issues related to the prompt tone or problems occurring while using Night mode.

Please update the firmware to the latest version (V10 or above), where these issues have already been fixed.
