Try switching channels or adjusting the volume to see if the issue is resolved
If switching channels or adjusting volume does not work, we recommend powering off and restarting the device.
If restarting does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (press and hold the device reset button for 5 seconds, or use the app to restore factory settings).
If factory reset is ineffective, power off the device for 3β5 minutes, then power it back on and try switching channels or adjusting the volume again.
If none of the above works, upgrade to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN when contacting support service, so we can push the software update.
