1. Soundbar firmware upgrade via the app usually takes about 15–20 minutes, and in some cases may take 30–40 minutes. During the upgrade, do not power off the devices or exit the app, and please be patient. The soundbar will display the upgrade progress (0–100%). During the upgrade, avoid performing any other operations on the devices (e.g., playing music or video sources).
2. If there is a power interruption or the app is closed, and the soundbar gets stuck at a certain upgrade progress, please power off both the soundbar and subwoofer for 1–3 minutes, restart them, close the app completely, and then try upgrading again.
3. After the upgrade is complete, the product will automatically restart. If the devices fail to reconnect to the app after reboot, remove the device from the app, power off all devices for 3–5 minutes, then power them back on and re-pair them.
