1. We suggest you switch channels, increase or decrease the volume to try to restore it.
2. If switching channels or adjusting the volume does not work, it is recommended to turn off and restart it.
3. If the shutdown and restart are ineffective, it is recommended to restore the factory Settings (long press device reset for 5S, or click Restore Factory Settings through the APP);
4. If restoring the factory Settings is ineffective, it is recommended to power off for 3 to 5 minutes, then reconnect the power, and then switch channels and increase or decrease the volume.
5.Should the above steps fail to resolve the problem, please update the device to the latest firmware version. Kindly provide your current firmware version along with the SN located on the bottom of the soundbar and contact our customer service. We will then remotely push the appropriate recovery software to determine whether it resolves the issue.
