Xupmix Function Overview
-Xupmix controls the Dolby DAP on/off function and is enabled by default.
-The Xupmix button on the remote control allows you to toggle the function, and the display will show “Xupmix ON” or “Xupmix OFF.”
-When Dolby DAP is OFF: the surround channels are generated by duplicating the left and right main channel signals.
-When Dolby DAP is ON: the surround channels are created from the Dolby DAP upmixed multi-channel signal.
-Important: If the input signal is native Dolby audio, such as Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, or Dolby Atmos, the system will always output true multi-channel surround sound according to the original Dolby signal, regardless of whether Xupmix is ON or OFF.
