Solution:
Under normal circumstances, the subwoofer is designed to automatically pair once powered on at the factory.
If your subwoofer does not automatically pair after connecting the power, please try the following steps:
Manual Pairing:
Please attempt to manually pair the subwoofer. [https://support.ultimea.com/hc/en-us/articles/50917301294105-How-to-Pair-the-Subwoofer-with-the-Skywave-X50-Soundbar]
Alternatively, they can try repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting the power to see if automatic pairing resumes.
If manual pairing is also unsuccessful, or if the subwoofer keeps disconnecting (e.g., flashing status):
Restore factory settings.[https://support.ultimea.com/hc/en-us/articles/50917368752281-How-do-I-Reset-the-Skywave-X50-to-Factory-Settings]
Unplug and replug both the subwoofer and soundbar power cables, then wait for 5 minutes before powering on again.
Ensure there are no wireless interference devices (e.g., routers) between the subwoofer and soundbar. When pairing, keep the devices within 1 meter of each other.
If the subwoofer still fails to pair or maintain the pairing, it may be faulty. There may be an issue with the device itself. In this case, we can offer warranty service. Please contact our customer support team via email at support@ultimea.com, and we will assist you further.
