Steps to Resolve:

  1. Disconnect Power:
    Unplug your soundbar from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Reconnect and Power On:
    Plug the soundbar back in and turn it on.

  3. Check Permissions on iPhone:
    Make sure both Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled for the Ultimea App in your phone settings.

  4. Reconnect via the Ultimea App:
    Open the Ultimea App, select the Skywave X50 card, and try connecting again.

  5. Re-add the Device (if the connection fails):

    • Press and hold the device card.

    • Swipe left and tap the Remove (🗑️) icon to delete it.

    • Tap the “+” icon to re-add the device and attempt to connect once more.

The SN code from the back of your device.

Your Ultimea ID (found on the App → Profile page).
