Please follow these steps to reset and pair:

  1. Check that the subwoofer power cable is properly connected and ensure the subwoofer indicator light is functioning normally.
  2. Confirm whether the subwoofer indicator light is steady. A steady light indicates a normal connection with the main unit. If the light is blinking, follow the steps below to re-pair:
    a. Press and hold the subwoofer button for more than 5 seconds until it enters fast-blinking pairing mode, then release.
    b. Facing the main unit display, press and hold the “Xupmix” button on the remote for more than 5 seconds until the main unit displays “SUB” to enter pairing mode.
    c. Once pairing is successful, the subwoofer indicator light will remain steady.
  3. Power off and restart, or perform a factory reset. 【https://support.ultimea.com/hc/en-us/articles/50917368752281-How-do-I-reset-the-Skywave-X50-to-factory-settings

Q1: The subwoofer light is not turning on. What should I do?
A1: Please check the power cable connection of the subwoofer. Ensure it is securely plugged in. If necessary, disconnect and reconnect the power cable to make sure it's properly connected.
If the problem persists, it may be due to a faulty subwoofer power cord. Please contact our after-sales team for a replacement part.

Q2: The subwoofer light is on, but it’s still not working. What should I check next?
A2: If the light is on and pairing has been completed as per the steps above, please follow these steps to confirm if the subwoofer is working.

Step 1: Press the "Bass +" button on the remote to increase the bass volume level to +3 or higher.
Step 2: Play audio that includes bass frequencies. You can try music or videos with strong low-frequency sounds.
Step 3: Gently touch the subwoofer to feel for vibrations. If you feel vibrations, the subwoofer is functioning correctly.
If there are vibrations, the subwoofer is working properly.
If no vibrations are felt, the subwoofer may be malfunctioning and needs further inspection or repair.
