Skywave F40 – Subwoofer bass output is too low?🔥🔥🔥🔥

Please try the following steps:

  1. When playing Dolby Atmos content, please make sure the “XUpmix” function is turned ON using the remote control.

  2. When playing bass-heavy content or music, increase the Bass level to BS 3 or above, and place your hand on the subwoofer to feel if there is any vibration.

  3. Restore the factory settings: power on the soundbar and press and hold the “DEVICE RESET” or “MUTE” button on the remote for 5 seconds. The soundbar display will show “RSET”.

  4. If there is still little vibration or the bass remains very weak, please send your Ultimea ID (you can find it in the App – Profile page) and your soundbar SN code (located on the back of the main soundbar, below the QR code) to support@ultimea.com.
    We will then push an customized firmware version to your device via the Ultimea App to help resolve the issue.
