1. Xupmix is used to control the Dolby DAP on/off switch and is turned on by default.
The Xupmix button on the remote control can toggle the on/off state, with prompts showing Xupmix ON / Xupmix OFF.
2. When Dolby DAP is off, the surround channels are created by duplicating signals from the left and right main channels.
3. When Dolby DAP is on, the surround channel signals come from the multichannel signal upmixed by Dolby DAP.
4. If the input source is Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Atmos, or other Dolby source signals, regardless of whether Xupmix is on or off, the multichannel signals will be assigned according to Dolby’s channel mapping, outputting true surround sound effects.
5. In EQ mode, there is no distinction between channels or signal formats.
The default settings for each mode are as follows:
Movie: Default ON, and the “Xupmix” feature can be turned ON or OFF.
Sport: Default ON, with “Xupmix” able to be turned ON or OFF.
Game: Default ON, with “Xupmix” able to be turned ON or OFF.
