  1. Go to Settings → Projection Mode / Screen Rotation, and select the correct mode such as “Desktop Front Projection” or “Ceiling Rear Projection.”

  2. Restore the default projection mode or perform a factory reset and try again.

  3. Confirm that the device’s physical installation (ceiling-mounted or desktop) matches the selected display mode.
