  1. Ensure the USB drive is formatted as FAT32 or exFAT; some devices do not support NTFS format.

  2. Avoid using special characters or Chinese characters in file names to prevent recognition issues.

  3. Supported video formats are limited (e.g., MP4, AVI, MKV); unsupported files will not play.

  4. Check if the USB port connection is secure; try using a different USB drive for testing.

  5. Restart the projector and try again.
